Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our partner schools in the Chesapeake, VA area. The SLP will play an essential role in supporting students communication development, improving speech and language skills, and enhancing their academic and social success in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students with speech and language disorders.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring and goal setting.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Active Virginia SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
