Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) for two full-time, school-based positions in San Francisco, California for the 20252026 school year. About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, and deliver therapy services designed to enhance students mobility, physical functioning, and participation in school activities. Youll collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives comprehensive support aligned with their individualized education plan (IEP).
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to meet student goals

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in school settings

Support teachers and staff with adaptive equipment and accessibility recommendations

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with school and state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions to promote collaborative care
Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy License (required)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong understanding of IDEA and IEP implementation

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

These full-time positions offer a competitive hourly pay range of $50$62, based on experience and qualifications.
