Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff

Provide direct teletherapy services to students individually and in small groups

Maintain accurate documentation of progress, session notes, and communication logs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations virtually

Collaborate with educators and parents to support student communication goals
-
Provide resources and strategies for classroom and home use to promote carryover of skills

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations related to special education services
