Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed in Fort Benning, GA, to support K-12 students for the current school year through a contract position. This role provides flexible, part-time to full-time hours, up to 37.5 hours per week, with caseload assignments based on candidate experience and district requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to K-12 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required.
- Provide services onsite as this is not a telepractice opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator certification.
- Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates will be considered.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage students and collaborate with team members.
