Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Midland, GA. This contract role runs from ASAP through May 21st, 2026, providing direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35-40 students across at least two schools. Candidates will have the opportunity to support a diverse student population from kindergarten through 12th grade and may supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) clinician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services aligned with district goals.
- Manage and assess student progress across multiple school sites.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student communication development.
- Potentially supervise and mentor SLPA or SLP-CFY staff members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) educator certification.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working within school-based settings.
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize services effectively.
