Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K-12 public school district in Columbus, GA. This contract position is set to begin immediately and will continue through May 21, 2026. The schedule offers flexibility, ranging from part-time to full-time hours (up to 37.5 hours per week), allowing for a balance between professional responsibilities and personal priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students based on individual needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each students unique goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Georgia Professional Standards Commission Educator Certificate preferred
- Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFYs) will be considered
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly beneficial
- Ability to work onsite as this is not a virtual or hybrid role
