Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to join a dedicated educational team in the Naples, FL area schools. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting students academic, emotional, and behavioral development by conducting assessments, providing counseling, and collaborating with educators and families to promote a positive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and educational evaluations to assess students learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.

Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations to assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Provide individual and group counseling to students to support emotional and social growth.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies that enhance student learning and well-being.

Support crisis intervention and behavioral management programs as needed.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, staff consultations, and professional development activities.
Requirements:

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology (Doctorate preferred).

Active Florida School Psychologist certification (or eligibility to obtain).

Knowledge of special education procedures, assessments, and MTSS/RTI frameworks.

Experience in a school-based setting preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
