About the Role:
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local school district in Bel Air, MD to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on students by supporting their developmental, physical, and sensory needs to help them thrive in the classroom environment.
Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily routines.

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided.

Provide consultation and training to school staff and families on strategies to support students needs.
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license.

Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
