About the Role
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver individualized therapy services, implement IEP goals, and support students across grade levels. Key Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group speech-language therapy sessions under SLP supervision

Support implementation of IEPs and assist with student progress documentation

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals

Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports in compliance with district and state standards

Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications & Requirements

Active New Mexico SLPA License (or eligibility for licensure)

Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Previous school-based experience preferred
