Responsibilities Include:

Provide direct physical therapy services to K12 students

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain documentation and progress reports aligned with IEP goals

Support safe and inclusive physical access to school environments
Requirements:

Active South Carolina PT License

Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
