BlazerJobs is seeking a qualified Physical Therapistto support a school district in Sumter, South Carolina. This position is part-time/full-time scheduled across 3 days per week, serving students across K-12 grade levels.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to students

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff

Maintain documentation and progress reporting

Participate in IEP meetings and student planning
Qualifications:

Active South Carolina PT license

Previous school experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
