Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services for a school district in the Cypress, TX area during the 20252026 school year. This position is ideal for SLPs who value the flexibility of working remotely while helping students improve their communication skills and academic performance.
Position Overview:
You will deliver speech-language services to students in grades K12 through a secure teletherapy platform. Your focus will be on developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with educators and families, and tracking student progress toward their goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide therapy sessions

Deliver both individual and group interventions aligned with district and state standards

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress

Participate in virtual IEP meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary team collaboration

Support families and staff with strategies for continued student growth
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs considered

Previous teletherapy or school-based experience preferred

Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate home technology setup
