A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Conway, AR, serving an elementary school setting. This contract role spans the current school year and requires licensed professionals ready to provide comprehensive speech and language support to students.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 36 to 40 preschool students across 3 to 4 campuses, delivering individualized intervention services, and collaborating with educators and families to support student communication development. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid and active SLP license (mandatory; supervision of SLP-CFYs or employment of SLPAs is not supported)
- Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with preschool-aged children
- Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently and adapt therapeutic approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educational teams
- Familiarity with relevant speech-language pathology assessments, interventions, and documentation standards for schools
