Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide speech-language support as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students from 6th through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting located in North Charleston, SC. This contract position runs through the current school year.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina SLP license.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 populations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Start date: Immediate
- End date: June 12
Location:
- School site in North Charleston, SC serving middle and high school students.
