Role Summary
As an on-site Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Bel Air, MD, you will support licensed Speech Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs. You will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with educational teams to promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Implement individualized therapy plans.
Document and report student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
Prepare and organize therapy materials.
Requirements (Maryland)
Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Maryland SLPA license or state authorization required.
School-based experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
