Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed records of student progress and services provided
- Connect families with community resources to support student well-being and academic success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student outcomes
