Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Virginia Beach, VA to hire a School Psychologist for the current school year. This role focuses on supporting K-12 students through assessments, counseling, and collaboration with educational teams to promote academic and emotional success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and academic evaluations to identify student needs

Develop and support implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans

Provide individual and group counseling as needed

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to enhance student outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
Requirements:

Masters Degreein School Psychology
-
Active Virginia School Psychologist License

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
