Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school team in Sebring, FL. This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services to students while collaborating with educators and families to support academic achievement and personal growth.
Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.

Conduct screenings, evaluate progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with school staff to ensure student accommodations and modifications are effectively implemented.

Serve as a resource for faculty regarding communication supports and strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering/therapy in a classroom setting
- Active Florida state SLP license
- Willingness to travel between school sites
