Role Summary
As a Bilingual SLP in El Paso, TX, you will assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in both English and Spanish-speaking students, collaborating with IEP teams to promote academic and social success.
Responsibilities
Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations.
Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Provide resources and training for staff and families.
Requirements (Texas)
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Texas state licensure or certification.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
School-based experience preferred.
Employment Options
Local Contract
Full-time, on-site in El Paso, TX.
Hourly rate: $50$55/hour.
Travel Contract
Full-time, on-site in El Paso, TX.
Weekly take-home pay: equivalent to $60$70/hour.
Travel benefits include housing stipends, daily meal per diem, relocation assistance, and recruiter support.
