A K-12 education setting in Camden Wyoming, DE seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver comprehensive therapy services under a contract for the current school year (ASAP through June 12, 2026). This full-time position involves a 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday, serving students across various grade levels with caseload details to be determined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
- Conduct evaluations and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend IEP and related meetings collaboratively
- Collect and analyze progress monitoring data
- Maintain thorough and accurate therapy notes
- Utilize software such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP to document and manage caseload information
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Delaware licensure/certification as an SLP (confirmation required)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services
- Ability to provide on-site services preferred; hybrid work arrangements may be considered
- Note: Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered for this role
