Bilingual School Psychologist Job Duties

Conduct psychological and educational assessments for bilingual students in both English and Spanish

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services to students, families, and staff

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth and success

Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district and state regulations
Federal and State Requirements

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited university

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement required

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required

Previous school-based experience preferred
