A part-time Physical Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting located in Woodbine, GA. This role requires providing onsite physical therapy services one day per week to support the student population.
Location: Woodbine, GA
Duration: Contract for the full school year (2025-2026)
Schedule: One day per week, onsite
Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy evaluations and interventions to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement therapy plans
- Document student progress and update therapy goals regularly
- Participate in meetings and training sessions related to student services and physical therapy practices
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current state licensure
- Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and IDEA compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
