Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 20252026 school year in the Binghamton, NY area. Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for helping students build effective communication abilities. This role includes a mix of assessments, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and participation in student support planning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K12 students
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete re-evaluations
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation, progress summaries, and service logs
Support communication development across academic and social environments
Ensure services meet state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York SLP license and eligibility for school-based credentialing
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay with rates aligned to New Yorks school-based SLP market.
Estimated Pay Range: $40$55+ per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
