Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support K-12 students across multiple school locations in the Binghamton, NY area for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through June 18, 2026, providing valuable services to a diverse student population with varying ages and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students' communication goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district requirements and state regulations.
- Participate in meetings, consultations, and professional development as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Active New York State Educator Certification in speech-language pathology.
- Experience working with school-age populations (K-12) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educators.
- Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, averaging 37.5 hours per week.
- Flexibility to serve at multiple locations within the Binghamton area as assigned.
Location: Endicott, NY, and surrounding Binghamton area (onsite only).
