Role Summary
As a part-time SLP in Portland, OR, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students, covering a maternity leave from February through May. You will assess, treat, and support students with communication disorders while collaborating with educators and families to promote academic and social success.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress.
Monitor and document student performance and adjust interventions as needed.
Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines for therapy services.
Requirements (Oregon)
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Oregon state licensure or certification.
School-based experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Employment Options
Local Contract
Part-time, on-site in Portland, OR.
20 hours per week, February through May (maternity leave coverage).
