Role Summary
As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you will assess and support students with physical challenges that impact their school participation and daily activities. Youll collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to develop and implement individualized intervention plans that promote student success and functional independence.
Responsibilities
Conduct physical therapy assessments for students
Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and interventions
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Document student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Support students in improving mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills within the school environment
Requirements
Valid Physical Therapist license
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
