Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A 35-hour per week contract opportunity is available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide onsite support within a K-12 school setting in San Jacinto, CA. This role involves delivering makeup therapy services to students, ensuring consistent support in occupational therapy interventions during the contract period. The assignment is expected to last a minimum of three months, with the potential to extend to four or five months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services as directed, focusing on makeup and follow-up sessions.
- Collaborate with school staff and therapists to support student IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with educators and therapists.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a COTA.
- Experience working in a K-12 educational setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to onsite service delivery.

- Various school sites within San Jacinto, CA. This position requires onsite presence; remote work is not available.
