A full-time School Psychologist position is available at a high-needs K-12 school in Aurora, IL. This contract role offers the opportunity to support students with diverse educational needs within a special education cooperative setting.
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with School Psychologist endorsement
- Experience conducting assessments for students with autism, intellectual disabilities, social-emotional disabilities, and other related challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with program administrators, district personnel, classroom staff, and families
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in special education environments
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments for students with various disabilities
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student success
- Provide consultation and guidance on behavioral and emotional interventions and accommodations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies tailored to high-needs students
