A full-time opportunity is available for two skilled social workers to support K-8 and K-12 students across charter school campuses in Illinois. These contract positions provide critical social-emotional support within school settings, helping students navigate challenges and thrive academically and personally.
Location: Multiple campuses in Illinois, including Lake County and Romano Butler areas.
Duration: Contract through June 12, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to develop support plans.
- Address behavioral, social, and emotional needs to promote a positive school environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in Social Work.
- Valid State or District School Social Work Endorsement/Licensure (Professional Educator License preferred).
- Experience working within K-8 or K-12 school environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to connect meaningfully with students and staff.
