A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve an elementary school setting in Richmond Hill, GA. This role supports students by providing evaluation, intervention, and consultation services to promote effective communication and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in meetings such as IEP (Individualized Education Program) reviews.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working as a school-based SLP.
- Knowledge of federal and state education regulations related to speech therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children.
