Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certification to provide specialized support in an elementary school setting. This contract position is for the current school year and is located in Pooler, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective communication plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.
- Participate in meetings and provide consultation on speech-language concerns within the school environment.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC), with credentials in school-based practice.
- Experience working in elementary school settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorder identification, and therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support students and collaborate with educational teams.
