Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time contract position serving K-12 students across multiple school sites in the Evans, GA area. This role focuses on delivering speech and language therapy, conducting evaluations, and supporting students from elementary through high school.
Location: Evans, Georgia
Position Type: Full-time Contract (Current School Year)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Duration: ASAP through May 29, 2026
Work Arrangement: Preferred onsite with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days virtual)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop, implement, and write Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Georgia Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with the K-12 student population in a school setting
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
