A Speech Language Pathologist position is available for a full-time contract opportunity serving K-12 students in Augusta, GA. This role focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services within a dynamic school district setting, supporting students from elementary through high school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to individual student needs across multiple school sites.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
- Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Georgia SLP license required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working in school-based settings with diverse K-12 student populations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively, including elementary, middle, and high school students.
- Comfortable working onsite with flexibility for a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days virtual).
