Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to provide essential speech-language pathology services within a specialized K-8 educational environment. The role requires working on-site in Eugene, OR, supporting a unique behavioral school serving students with severe challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services aligned with student IEP goals
- Collaborate with educational staff to support students with complex behavioral needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Participate in team meetings and IEP development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school settings (K-12) strongly preferred
- Comfort and experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviors
