Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A unique opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in Eugene, OR. These positions offer the chance to work on-site in a dynamic educational environment that includes a highly specialized behavior school serving students with significant behavioral challenges as well as rural schools within the cooperative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology support to students in Lane School and Transitions K-8, a specialized behavioral school.
- Provide SLP services across rural schools in the educational co-op, addressing diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Must hold valid SLP certification.
- Experience working in school settings across K-12 grades preferred.
- Background in managing and supporting students with severe behavioral challenges is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively on-site with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Location and Schedule:
- Position based in Eugene, OR.
- Full-time contract through June 12, 2026.
- Workweek consists of 37.5 hours with early release on Wednesdays.
