Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for an onsite position at an elementary school setting in Oxnard, CA. This contract role will span the current school year with a caseload of approximately 40 students. The position requires the candidate to be available full-time from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, serving preschool-aged children. The role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 5, 2025.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology services credential (CTC) for schools
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children in educational settings
- Ability to manage a caseload of around 40 students effectively
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, evaluation, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

- Onsite at an elementary school in Oxnard, California
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely reports on student progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
