A contract opportunity is available for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy and telespeech services. This role supports a caseload of approximately 50 students, primarily in middle school with some elementary and potential pre-K students included. Services will involve both direct and indirect delivery through teletherapy platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services via teletherapy to students with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with existing VOCO SLPs and a full-time SLPA to effectively split and manage caseloads.
- Deliver individualized speech-language interventions tailored to student goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district requirements.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license with CTC certification.
- Residency in California is required due to district fingerprinting mandates.
- Experience working with school-aged children across elementary to middle school levels.
- Strong teletherapy skills, including proficiency in telespeech methodologies.
- Ability to manage a caseload within a collaborative team environment.
