A hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support pre-school students in the Jackson, MI area. This role combines onsite and remote teletherapy services, offering a balanced work schedule tailored to early childhood education settings. The contract extends through the current school year, providing consistent engagement in a vibrant elementary school environment.
Responsibilities include delivering assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to young learners, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy methods. The ideal candidate will design individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language development milestones. Collaboration with educators and caregivers is essential to support student progress and communication goals.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Active Michigan SLP license verified through the state licensing portal
- Experience providing speech therapy to pre-school aged children
- Proficiency in teletherapy and hybrid service delivery
- Ability to work onsite four days per week (Monday through Thursday) and remotely one day (Friday), with some flexibility for alternate hybrid schedules
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation effectively
