Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) is needed to provide services across multiple K-12 school sites in Kyle, TX for the upcoming school year. This contract position spans from January 6, 2026, through May 22, 2026, supporting a caseload of approximately 60-65 students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborating and consulting with school staff to enhance student support
- Participating in ARD/IEP meetings to discuss student progress and goals
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess student abilities and service requirements
- Traveling between multiple campuses to serve assigned students effectively
Desired qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license
- Experience working in a school setting with diverse student populations
- Ability to manage a caseload with strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with ARD/IEP processes and educational team collaboration
