Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time occupational therapy position is available at a K-12 school located in Norristown, PA, with a contract duration for a full semester, from ASAP through June 12, 2026. This role requires onsite work, providing therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload in an urban setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to K-12 students' needs.
- Manage and maintain caseload documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment.
- Adhere to district guidelines and policies, including obtaining required Pennsylvania clearances.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Pennsylvania occupational therapy license/certification.
- Demonstrated school-based occupational therapy experience.
- Comfortable and experienced working within an urban educational setting.
- Ability to manage K-12 caseload independently; no supervision of COTAs.
- Willingness to disclose the district name upon request.
- Commitment to obtaining Pennsylvania clearances prior to employment.
