Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services within an elementary school setting in Little Rock, AR. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, with a 35-hour workweek and a caseload of 36-40 preschool students spread across 3-4 campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool-aged students in compliance with IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student communication development.
- Maintain professional licensure and adhere to school district policies.
- Provide onsite services only; supervision of Clinical Fellowship Year candidates or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants is not available.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in school-based settings with preschool populations.
- Ability to manage a caseload spread across multiple campuses efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
