A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services in an elementary school setting in Benton, AR. This contract position spans the current school year with an anticipated end date of May 21, 2026. The role focuses on supporting a preschool caseload across multiple campuses, serving 36-40 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children across 3-4 campuses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student goals, progress, and therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with preschool populations
- Ability to manage a caseload of 36-40 students across multiple campuses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work onsite; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available
- No supervision of CFY candidates or SLPAs will be provided for this position
