Two full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are needed for a contract position within a K-12 school district in Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for experienced SLPAs seeking a dynamic environment where they support Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across multiple school sites.
Responsibilities include assisting the SLPs with caseload management, primarily focusing on elementary students, with opportunities to engage with secondary and Pre-K populations. The position operates on a unique two-week rotating schedule, requiring work at a different school site each day within the cycle. Over the course of two weeks, the SLPA will serve a minimum of 10 different locations, providing diverse and impactful support.
Candidates must demonstrate prior experience working in school settings; new graduates will not be considered. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired to better serve the student community. This contract offers a full-time commitment during the school year (FSY), with potential to extend up to six months.
