A dynamic opportunity is available for two full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support K-12 students across multiple school sites in Riverside, CA. This contract position is designed to span the full school year, with the potential for approximately six months of consistent work.
Responsibilities include assisting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) by managing diverse caseloads primarily at the elementary level, with occasional assignments involving secondary and Pre-K students. The role requires flexibility and adaptability as you will rotate through a two-week schedule, working at a different school site each day, ensuring engagement across a minimum of 10 different locations within each cycle. This structure allows for a varied and challenging work environment.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in school settings and must confidently support SLPs in managing caseloads. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, as they enhance communication and support with a diverse student population.
