Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide maternity leave coverage at elementary schools in the Saint Paul, MN area. This role involves supporting students with speech and language needs on a full-time schedule.
Location: Saint Paul, MN (Elementary School settings)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Job Type: Contract, covering maternity leaves with specific caseload dates between January and March 2026
Service Delivery: In-person and virtual coverage options available; virtual clinicians must be currently licensed and working in Minnesota with adherence to state hour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school students in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with school and state regulations
- Flexibly cover multiple caseloads if assigned, including virtual service delivery as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Education Certification in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Completed Clinical Fellowship (CF) or hold Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working within schools and with diverse pediatric populations preferred
- Eligibility to work within Minnesota guidelines for both in-person and virtual assignments
