Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Physical Therapist position is available to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in De Pere, WI. This 12-week contract assignment begins in mid-February and involves working onsite with a caseload of 26 students aged 3 to 21, representing a range of disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to create effective intervention plans
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials
- Experience working with school-age children across a broad age and disability spectrum
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment
- Familiarity with K-12 school-based therapy services preferred

- Assignment is in a school district serving multiple elementary, middle, and high schools in De Pere, WI
