Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide physical therapy services in a K-12 school setting in Green Bay, WI, supporting a diverse caseload of 26 students ranging in age from 3 to 21 with various disabilities. This full-time contract position spans approximately 12 weeks, beginning in mid-February, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and academic success.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions to optimize functional abilities.
- Documenting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive student support plans.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with experience working in pediatric or school-based settings.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and therapeutic interventions suitable for school-aged children.

Work schedule and location:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.
