Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Provide consultation and training to staff on speech-language development and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with educational and regulatory standards.
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver services on-site.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while traveling between locations.
