A position is available for a School Psychologist to provide expert psychological services within an educational environment located in Bossier City, LA. This opportunity involves offering support to students, teachers, and families while also incorporating travel to multiple school sites, ensuring comprehensive service delivery throughout the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student development
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Manage travel between schools to facilitate timely service provision
