This role focuses on delivering specialized Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services to kindergarten through 5th-grade students in a classroom setting, ensuring each child's individual needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to monitor student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
- Provide guidance and strategies to support students' communication skills in the classroom environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology
- Professional license or educator certification relevant to SLP practice (one required, not both)
- Experience working with children in elementary school settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage young learners effectively
- Strong organizational skills for caseload and documentation management
